What can I say about the Ecomuseum that hasn't already been said? The Ecomuseum is an absolutely wonderful place. From the wonderfully charming staff to the way the animals are evidently living the best lives they possibly could be given, every inch of this place is incredible. I've been coming here with my family since I first moved here from the UK in 2000 and I fully intend on bringing my own children here one day when I have them.

A great place to visit on a warm winter afternoon with the family. The kids had a wonderful time. This place has been upgraded significantly since I went last time as a child, so it was a real surprise how far it has come. Highly recommended.

While not a big fan of zoos in general, this one houses animals that were injured in the wild or born in captivity. The enclosures, while not immense, are quite spacious and efforts are made to closely emulate the wild animals' respective habitats. Expect to only see animals indigenous to Canada. Aside from the outdoor area, there is a small interior aquarium with displays of live frogs, turtles, snakes and some fish. Grounds are well-kept and the staff is very friendly. Recommended for kids and adults alike.

A great place to go with your kids or just by yourself to experience and see what kind of animals the St. Lawrence Lowlands can hold. Whether it is reptiles, fish, birds or mammals, this rehabilitation zoo has something to offer for almost everybody! As a plus the prices are quite cheap for the vast variety of vertebrate species they have!

Fun little zoo. I liked the focus on species of Canada as opposed to from all over the world -- fun to see how much variety there is right around us. In the winter, some favorite animals were hibernating, but you can't blame the zoo for that. The arctic foxes and wolves are fun to watch.
