    Hospital provides very good service to both veterans and now civilian residents.

    I am trying to reach the Department of Social Work at Ste. Anne's Veterans Hospital. After 4 efforts at dialing the number, then pressing 9, saying "services sociales" - because the automated system does not accept English at this point... and waiting, a real person actually picked up the phone. Before I finished my second sentence explaining ( en français.. what I needed) she abruptly said, " Vous avez la mauvaise numéro "...and hung up. Helping veterans....please !
